Griffith / Murrumbidgee Council Mobile Library
A vibrant new state of the art mobile library servicing Griffith City Council and Murrumbidgee Council, and was officially launched by State Librarian Dr Alex Byrne on March 31st, 2015. It replaces the old van which served us well since 1999. The mobile library service itself has been operating since 1974.
The mobile library features an extendable pod for more space, LED lighting, television, sunshade, public WiFi access, on-board computer access and close to 2000 books, DVDs, talking books and magazines.

Carrathool Mobile Library
The Carrathool Mobile library visits towns and schools around the area as well as making home library deliveries. The Mobile Library van is a shared resources between Carrathool and Narrandera councils.

Narrandera Mobile Library
The Narrandera Shire Library operates a monthly Mobile Library service. The service visits the towns of Barellan, Binya and Grong Grong. The Mobile Library makes both school and town stops within these communities as well as visiting house bound residents. Within the Narrandera township the Mobile Library provides a service for House Bound members as well as visiting Teloca House, Pangarinda Homes, Opal Nursing Home and Narrandera Day Care.
